BREAKFAST
After a well-deserved rest in our guest rooms, replenish energy for your visit to the city with our buffet-style breakfast. It consists of our freshly-squeezed house special juice, fresh fruit, assorted cereals and yoghurt. You can choose from different types of breads from our local baker Jose María or try our homemade multigrain bread, and add to it cheeses and cold cuts, butter or extra virgin olive oil with grated tomato.
Manuel’s homemade marmelades (bitter orange, plum, nectarine, fig, apple or peach) top off the assortment, alongside the magnificent sobrasada and a delicious iberico ham spread.
PERRO FLACO & Co, HOMEMADE BEERS
Our passion for beer encouraged us to start making our own homemade beer. It all started in 2013 with Manuel malting barley grains in the kitchen and mixing different malts and hops. The result is in constant evolution with Manuela Pale Ale y Maritere Soft Pale Ale as flagships. The beer is distributed across town, but it is worth visiting this very special and versatile place that occupies the basement of the house and one of the original patios.
During the summer you can enjoy the small pool to cool up, and the rest of the year we do celebrate some live music sessions and tasting events. The Mexican influence of the whole project can also be noticed in the food we serve at our tasting events.
